A blend of both our Brother David’s Double and Triple ales aged in port barrels with our house bacterial culture. This marriage of Belgian flavors results in a beer that is very tart and fruity, with a sweet malty backbone and a moderate sourness.

Barrels Used:  Port barrels

Yeast or Bacteria Used:  Belgian (Brother David’s) yeast, Horse Tongue Wheat culture, Pediococcus.

Length of barrel-aging:  2-3 years
