We’re ringing in the New Year in Anderson Valley with not one, but two, brand new releases. Put a little spring in your step with our new refreshing draft-only Peach Gose, or grab ahold of the frosty hand of old man winter and plow into our new Crisp IPA. From the folks who brought you beer flavored beer come two new beer flavored offerings to tide you over until things thaw out.

Peach Gose

New Draft Release

Our Peach Gose is the latest in our catalog of Goses and has quickly become one of our favorites. There are few things that make more sense than Peach Gose – the soft, juicy stone-fruit flavors are perfectly lifted by the tartness of the Gose souring and the combination is pure magic. It’s easy drinking, light, refreshing and full of flavor. Considering our Brewmaster literally wrote the book on Gose and AVBC is responsible for making Gose a “thing,” it’s surprising that it took us thing long to brew one. We’re sure glad we did though. This beer is awesome. Aside from an obvious pairing with peach cobbler, we’d pour it alongside a triple-cream Brie, serve it in a snifter with our grilled halibut, or pair a pint with shrimp scampi, fish and chips or crab cakes because anything from the briny depths #goeswithgose. Ok, now we’re starving. Any fishmongers out there who are willing to work for beer?

IPA Rotational Series

New Crisp IPA

Crisp IPA is the first installment in our Rotational IPA Series. Bright, clean and absolutely delicious. This beer can be summed up in one word: incredible. Really. It’s crispier than a bite from a fresh apple while frolicking in a frosty field under a new moon. Weigh your taste buds down? Nope. This IPA will lift you up on a one way flight to crispy town. It’s also gluten reduced, which is nice; no unnecessary baggage. And did we mention it’s crisp? So crisp. Do yourself a favor and roast a duck. Do it right now. We’ll wait. Ready? Wow, that smells good. Now crack open that Crisp IPA and feast like there’s no end to winter in sight.
