Introducing THE PILSNER

Man, do we love our new Pilsner.

A labor of love and passion it could have no other name than THE PILSNER, and it is the mother of all beer-flavored-beers. Why? Because, while THE PILSNER is soft, crisp, clean, delicious and extremely drinkable, it’s also flavorful and complex. How did we make such a delicious and nuanced beer so drinkable? Well, it’s not easy. It takes a lot of time, love, and attention to detail that we’ve patiently acquired over the last three-and-a-half decades. This beautiful beer is lagered for more than sixty days to bring out the intricate and delicately refined interplay between the ingredients.

If brewing an exceptional Pilsner is so difficult then why did we make one? Because we are really good at brewing great beer and we can do things like that. You’re welcome.

Food Pairings:

Ahi poke, crab, grilled trout, lamb, byros, schnitzel, bbq chicken, Brie. There’s hardly a food that won’t pair with a pint versatile and complex beer.
