The Return of Tropical Hazy Sour

Dear Tropical Hazy Sour,

We poured a lot of passion, both the metaphorical and fruit kind, into your creation. You’re one of the most complex ales we’ve created. We have so many great Goses, so please don’t tell the others, but you’re one of our favorites. We’re so proud of you. We put our heart into your refreshingly tart body using a traditional kettle souring method. We kept you low-calorie and low-carb to boost your confidence, added a hint of guava, a touch of Chinook hops and lovingly sent you off into the world… in March of 2020. Well, needless to say we, along with the whole world, have been a little distracted over the last two years and never fully gave you the love and attention you fully deserve, and for that we are truly sorry. We’re hoping you read this so you’ll return home for your relaunch and restore you to your rightful place on the throne of our renowned and award-winning sour ales. We’re excited to see you grow and mature in the world and find your sour place among the other great beers of Boonville.
