Spooky Season Beer Cocktails
You know what’s actually scary? Bored tastebuds. Ahh the mundanity! But don’t fear, we’re here to save you from the bland this halloween with some fresh beer cocktails we’ve been stirring up.
So grab your broomsticks, hold on to your funny bones, and get ready to mix up potions that will impress every ghoul, ghost, and goblin at your Halloween party. Because nothing says “spooky season” like a cocktail that can both raise the dead (or at least your spirits) and send shivers down your spine with every sip.
1. Which Witch
In a collins glass mix:
- Holy Gose
- 1 oz of Blue Curacao
- ½ oz of gin
Garnish with an orange twist and a sprig of oregano
2. Sangre de Orange
In a pint glass take:
- pomegranate seeds
- raspberries
- mango slices
- ginger slices
- a splash of red wine
Muddle and fill with Blood Orange Gose
3. The Black Death
In a pint glass mull:
- 5 fresh blackberries
- a slice of ginger
- ½ oz of fresh line juice
- 1 oz of grape juice
- ¾ oz mescal
- ¾ oz tequila
Top with Framboise Rose Gose, garnish with w/ ripe tomatillo and a thin slice of Jalapẽno
4. Transylvanian Field Hockey
Rim a pint glass with pumpkin spice and crushed graham crackers, add:
- 1 oz kahlúa
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 6oz Fall Hornin
- 6 oz Salted Caramel Porter
- float 1/2 oz bailey’s Irish cream
Pour into and serve in the skull of your nemesis (or a reasonable facsimile thereof) and garnish with a slice of cooked pumpkin and a cinnamon stick
