It’s Time To Celebrate the Solstice
The summer solstice is almost upon us and if there’s one beer that’s made specifically for the day it’s… our Briney Melon Gose? No, but good guess. It’s actually our Summer Solstice.
And, this year, Father’s Day falls on June 19th – making it the perfect beer to honor dad. After all, why wait to celebrate?
We wanted to share a few ways to spend the day with dad, and celebrate the summer solstice, preferably while consuming a (or several) Summer Solstice(s), and Google told us that a scavenger hunt was the activity of choice.
So, instead of simply handing dad a 6 pack this year, why not make him search for it. Invite him over for a BBQ and hand him an empty can with a clue attached. Bonus points: Empty cans means someone (you) gets to consume the beer first. Hide the can clues around the yard and surprise him at the end with a treasure trove of Summer Solstice 6 packs, and if you really want to rack up the world’s best son/daughter points, throw in a t-shirt or hoodie from our new clothing collection. Grab a shirt for yourself while you’re at it.
Remember when you used to think it was cool to dress like your dad? It still is.
