Aged in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 months until it fully matures, this extended barrel aging technique allows us to create a nuanced, smooth and surprisingly very drinkable beverage. Its aroma that conveys a deep roasted malt backbone, burnished oak, candi sugar, bourbon and hearth-baked bread. On the palate the beer brings nuanced and integrated layers of honey, molasses and rich dark chocolate finishing with hints of coffee, vanilla and dark fruits.
