Beer Float
- 1 12oz can Salted Caramel Porter
- 1 Scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Chilled pint glass straight from the freezer
A classic two-ingredient crowd pleaser that is such a great combination that it should be way harder to make. Sweet, salty and savory this one can do it all. Serve to friends as everything from a pool-side refreshment to a standalone desert and look like a champion. Combine both ingredients in a pint glass and serve immediately. Voilà.
Solstice Sunset
- 6 parts Summer Solstice
- 1 part Blood Orange Gose
- 1 part mango juice
In a blender combine Summer Solstice, Blood Orange Gose and mango juice with several ice cubes. Blend until the ice is crushed and serve in a tall glass with a splash of fresh Gose on top (Gose goes with everything, FYI).
Wild Irish Coffee
- 8 oz Bourbon Barrel Stout
- 3 oz cold brewed coffee or espresso
- 1/2 oz Baileys
- 1/2 oz Kahlua
- Whipped cream (optional)
Combine stout, coffee, Baileys and Kahlua in a large coffee cup and stir to mix. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top because why not.
Briney Watermelon Cooler
- 8 oz Briney Melon Gose
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 parts soda water
- A drizzle of Midori Sour
- Slice of watermelon for garnish
Combine Gose, vodka and soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir gently and pour into a martini glass. Drizzle Midouri around the outside of the glass and garnish with a wedge of watermelon and exclaim “ta-da!” for all to hear.
Tropical Island Haze
- 12 oz Tropical Hazy Sour
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz guava juice
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- Maraschino cherry and orange slice for garnish
Combine cold Tropical Hazy Sour, rum and guava juice in a tall glass. Stir gently and top with a splash of pineapple juice and cherry. Garnish glass with an orange slice and an abiding sense of victory.
Gose Sunrise
- 4 oz Cherry Gose
- 1 oz blanco tequila
- ½ cup orange juice
- 3/4 ounce grenadine syrup
- Orange slice, for garnish
- High-quality maraschino cherry, such as Luxardo, for garnish
In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in the tequila, orange juice, and Gose. Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry. Well done, you.
