What changes is who brings it and how they bring it to people who would like to try it. There’s always going to be room for quality beer, and we’re obsessed with producing the best.

We tap our most precious resource. With ten wells situated throughout our property our beer is born from the pristine aquifers of Anderson Valley. We’ve tap our most precious resource in the heart of Anderson Valley.

Ingredients

Only the finest hops, malt, barley, and fruit go into our beers and rather than using extracts or flavorings our fruited sours are made by co-fermenting real fruit puree during fermentation.

Our head Brewmaster Fal literally wrote the definitive book on goses and has spent the last 30 years brewing, studying and writing about beer as he’s traveled around the world to hone his craft.
