AVBC This Year: New Beer Park, New Beers, New Cans
A New Boonville Beer Park, New Packaging, and New Beer
What’s huger than a Huge Arker, brighter than a Summer Solstice and more exciting than striking Boonville Gold? You’ll be hollering ‘Holy Gose!’ when you see what we’re brewing up for 2021. In addition to new branding and packaging that fits with our sustainability initiative we’ve got a thirty acre beer park in the works. Here’s what we have on tap for 2021:
Welcome to Beer Park
Why have a Beer Garden when you can have a full-on Beer Park? It’s a question that will be answered emphatically as restrictions lift and we reopen the taphouse and grounds to visitors this spring. Over the next several months our Boonville home will completely transform into a 30-acre dog and family friendly “beer park,” including:
- Renovated tap room
- Replanted 9,000 sq ft lawn area for beer-lounging with wi-fi access
- Improved 18-hole disc golf course
- New outdoor stage for live music
- Brewery tours and tastings
- Beer carts and remote tap stations in development
- New kitchen facility offering onsite food options in development
- Table service via a remote ordering system from the tap room
- New seating and picnic areas throughout the property
What’s Good in the Bottle is Better in the (New) Can
As part of our sustainability promise, we are transitioning away from glass and are moving to using aluminum cans for all of our beer. Cans are lighter and ship far more efficiently to reduce trucks on the road, are infinitely recyclable, have a lower carbon footprint and will allow us to reduce our cardboard usage by over 50%. While your favorite AVBC beers will taste the same, they’ll soon look the part as well. Over the next several months you’ll see our logo and re-designed can on your local shelves. Don’t worry, the new logo is still very much us, just a snazzier us. A furry and antlered snazzier us.
Boonville Beer Fest & Events
While we had to postpone all of our 2020 events we are working hard to find a way to make mass participation events happen in 2021. We don’t have specifics just yet but stay tuned to our emails and social media for dates, updates, and protocols as we look to responsibly bring back The Legendary Boonville Beer Fest and other beloved community events.
New Products and Availability
As you know, Brewmaster Fal and Co are constantly brewing up something new and we can’t wait to share new beers with you as we continue to innovate and push your palate. We’ve got a couple on deck that will be hitting shelves at your local bottle shop very soon.
On that note, based on popular demand we’ve made our seasonal Goses available year round. No more waiting for spring to enjoy a Blood Orange Gose or only sipping a Briney Melon Gose in the midst of summer. We’re also going to add a Gose variety 12-pack to the mix for summer and have brought back the OG; the Gose that started it all, the Holy Gose.
So, as you can see – we’ve been busy scheming (and actually have more fun stuff in the pipeline that we’ll be talking about down the road). Looking forward to sharing the fruits (and by “fruits,” we mean “beers”) of our labor with you this spring and summer.
Cheers!
Kevin
